If you can't read Arabic fluently or feel uncertain about your pronunciation, this course is built for you. By the end, you'll be reading Arabic script confidently and pronouncing each letter the way it was meant to be pronounced, inshaAllah.
We study Al-Qāʿida Al-Nūrāniyya, originally authored by Sheikh Nūr Muḥammad Ḥaqqāni. Since then it has become the standard entry point for non-Arab students learning to read the Quran — because of how it teaches: letter by letter, sound by sound, without skipping the foundations that everything else depends on.
“Whoever tries to take knowledge in one go, loses it in one go.”
— Al-Zuhrī
A real foundation isn't built overnight. The students who go on to recite the Quran beautifully are the ones who showed up week after week and trusted the process. This course is designed for that kind of student.
A complete path from never having read Arabic to reading the Quran with confidence.
Study the foundational text trusted by Quran teachers worldwide — letter by letter, sound by sound, in the script of the Madinah Muṣḥaf.
Learn each of the 29 letters in their isolated and joined forms, building familiarity with the script as it appears in the Quran.
Pronounce each letter the way it was meant to be pronounced, with live correction so small mistakes don't get set early.
Move from single letters to syllables and full words — fatḥa, kasra, ḍamma, sukoon, shaddah, and the rules that bring the script to life.
Apply what you learn to real Quranic words and short verses, so by the end you're reading the Mushaf with confidence.
You can read about pronunciation. You can watch videos about it. But until someone with a trained ear hears you and corrects you in real time, you won't know what you're getting wrong — and small mistakes set early are the hardest to undo later. A live teacher cuts your learning curve dramatically.
Ideal for non-native speakers — every rule is explained in clear English without assuming any prior background.
Attend interactive weekend sessions where you read aloud and receive immediate feedback from a trained ear.
Revisit lessons for one full year after the course ends so you can review at your own pace.
Stay connected through a private Telegram group for updates, reminders, and continued support during the course.

Ijazah in All 10 Qira'aat
Your Teacher
Al-Azhar graduate · Ijazah in all 10 qirāʾāt
Sheikh Ahmed has spent the last 18 years teaching Arabic and Quran to non-native speakers. He's a graduate of Al-Azhar and holds an ijāza in all ten qirāʾāt of the Quran. Because he speaks English fluently, nothing gets lost in translation — he can explain the why behind every rule of tajweed and grammar in a way beginners actually understand.
His approach: don't just teach the rule. Walk the student through it until they own it.

You're looking for a fully self-paced course with no live attendance.
You don't want to practice reciting aloud and receiving correction.
You can't commit to attending class consistently each week.
